I have 2 DS4 controllers I use regularly for PC gaming on Windows 10. You should see a wireless controller when joy.cpl boots. Next type joy.cpl in the search on the taskbar and press Enter. Disconnect the DS4 from your PC then put a pin in the reset hole on the back of the DS4 and hold for 10 seconds. fix the detection issue was to shut down DS4Windows and then go into Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Devices and Printers and then right click on Wireless Controller in order to select Game Controller Settings. (Code 45) I tried the Fix connecting the controller. (One Enabled one not) ? Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (This works with Ubuntu so Windows should work also. Open Big Picture and enable Dualshock4 support. When pairing has completed, connection needs pin code. I typed "Device Manager" in the windows search box.įind the "HID-compliant game controller" (there might be two of them)Įnable it. I wish someone could put together a complete methodology step by step providing the previous didn't work: Go to its settings, and access the Bluetooth pairing Windows control panel via the hyperlink in the DS4 driver settings. I have a lot of time on my hands in rehab since my return from Afghanistan and I was hoping for a little diversion from my rehabbing 12 hrs a day. I am a disabled Vet trying to get this to work but it seems to no avail I believe I have tried everything and I fail.
